Digital Products
The products provided through this website are downloadable and/or digital forms that need to be filled out and mailed in to the respective address as designated on the form. Each service fee will allow website users to download the respective form up to 3 times.
Refunds
All purchases made on this website are non-refundable after the the file has been downloaded at least one time. Files will be made available immediately via download once the service fee has been paid. ALL PURCHASES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE FORM HAS BEEN DOWNLOADED AT LEAST ONE TIME.
Cancellation
Orders can be canceled and a full refund will be issued for orders that are canceled before a user downloads a form a minimum of one time. After a digital product has been downloaded, then you have received the form that you paid the service fee to receive.
